🔸 EXTERNAL REQUIREMENTS 🔸
Included as part of the Leadership Troy Program experience is the requirement to complete the following experiences:

Leadership Troy Alumni created a day of community service in 2022.  The purpose of the event is to engage alumni, the current class and the community and encourage them to serve the community in order to make an impact.  As a participant, you are encouraged to participate in some way on Serve Troy day (participate, recruit volunteers, help market, sponsor, etc.)  More information will be available at Orientation.

If chosen to be a participant in Leadership Troy, you will be required to read a leadership book provided by the program for the purpose of discussing and exploring how to lead. The book will be provided at the beginning of orientation and the book will be completed in the first half of the program.

We must ask that participants commit to attend orientation and all NINE FULL DAY sessions of Leadership Troy.
